What formats do I get when I order a Video?
A:
We deliver an MP4 video file in .zip format via a download link. All videos are Full HD (1920 x1080, 16:9 aspect ratio) resolution. This allows for maximum compatibility across web and software applications. For FB Cover Videos or any specific choice of yours, we resize the video accordingly.

In what format should I send you my logo?
A:
For Logos: .png, 2048px wide or high. Photos: high res, 2048px wide or high. Don’t know how to resize your photos, logos? Got no logo? Don’t worry, we can help. Contact us

I need a video in a different format. Can you do it?
A:
Since we render the animation templates in HD video formats that are widely compatible with most video-editing software and social media platforms. If there’s a special case, however, please contact us.

Can I use the video on multiple sites?

When you order through us we allow you to use your videos anywhere you want, as many times as you want! The ONLY thing you can’t do with the videos you purchase is reselling them.

Can I resell the ordered Videos from your service?

You have NO permission to resell the video. All videos purchased include a worldwide non-exclusive license for commercial and personal use. You have permission to use the video as stand-alone, or as part of a larger video project; for personal projects, hobbies, school projects, or on social media; for commercial projects, advertisements, marketing assets, film, video games; for a client’s project you are developing; and also to use the video as many times and in as many projects that you want.

Do I have to give credit to Uzazz if I use these videos in my projects?

No, not at all.

Do you offer Technical Support?

We offer sales support, as well as technical support limited to using our Service and downloading your videos. If there is a technical issue with your order on our end, we will reach out to you at the contact info you provide during checkout to ensure we work together to give you the best possible results.
Q:
I found a video template on the internet (or I already have a template on my hard drive) and want you to customize and render it for my video. Can you do it?
A:
We can see if it’s possible! If the template is free, just send us the link where we can download it. If it is a paid template, send us the link, but know that we will have to buy it and charge you for the price of the template, plus our Service fee. If you have the template files on your hard drive, compress the files into a ‘.zip’ folder and send it to us.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
